The Edinburgh Grand is the newest addition to Lateral City’s portfolio of luxury serviced apartments, which includes Old Town Chambers and Merchiston Residence.

Located in the south-east corner of St Andrew Square, the neo-classical building is being renovated and restored to house 50 luxury five-star apartments due to open in early 2018. The Edinburgh Grand will combine the traditional heritage of the building with a contemporary but decadent décor.

Apartments will range in size and include unique qualities to each, from the wood-panelled Grand Studio Apartments to the three-bedroom rooftop Penthouse with unrivalled city views. The building will also be home to a new bar and restaurant located in the former banking hall, and a coffeehouse and evening venue run by Bon Vivant.
